Mohamed founded TITAN CORE ENGINEERING with a singular conviction: that engineering consultancy should be as intelligent as the projects it serves. With over 17 years of experience across QA/QC governance, project controls, and technical assessment on major infrastructure and mega-projects in the UK and GCC, Mohamed has delivered engineering control on some of the region's most complex and demanding programmes.

His engineering career spans aviation infrastructure, residential giga-projects, highway and bridge works, and industrial facilities — giving him a cross-sector perspective that informs TCE's integrated service model. Mohamed leads TCE's AI and digital transformation practice, personally developing the 5PM Intelligence platform and establishing the firm's presence in the KSA market.

A strong believer in the power of independent advisory, Mohamed founded TCE to give clients the kind of rigorous, objective engineering governance that transforms project outcomes — regardless of scale or complexity.
